Genisco Filter Corporation, the leader in the design and manufacture of EMI/RFI filters for power line, signal line, TEMPEST and custom applications, announces the move of its manufacturing operation to Madison, Wisconsin. With their new centralized location, Genisco says that customers can expect faster delivery times and more of the “always on” service the company is famous for.

After tripling the size of their San Diego-based facility just two years ago, Genisco management realized that continued service demands gave them no choice but to look for a new location for their manufacturing operation. Madison was already home to a development lab for Genisco’s parent company, HSI Sensing, where engineers research and develop manufacturing technology, processes, and efficiencies for HSI. These engineers are now poised to help ensure the success of the Genisco transition.

“For us this move is really all about taking care of our customers,” says Genisco president Ryan Posey. “Our new space will enable us to streamline production and shorten lead times in order to improve delivery times for our customers.”

Posey says the welcoming culture and availability of a qualified workforce also made the move to Madison an easy choice.
